Non-executive and executive appointments
In the event of an employee recruited through PHCC leaving your organisation within three (3) months of appointment we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
However, should you feel that a replacement may not be necessary or if we fail to make the replacement, we undertake to issue a credit note valid for six (6) months as
stipulated in our terms and conditions.
The guarantee will be considered provided the client has notified PHCC of the termination of engagement within seven (7) days thereof, placement fees have been paid in full
within the fourteen (14) days, the client’s actions in the matter have been lawful and that the client or any subsidiary or associated company of the client shall not
engage the candidate within twelve (12) months of date of termination of the appointment.
NB Replacement of executive appointees will be effected within a period of up to six (6) months.
Our recruitment and selection code of ethics
We have set for ourselves the following code of ethics, which we will constantly strive to abide by:
- To never offer alternative positions to any candidate already placed by us unless specifically requested to do so by that individual
- To advertise only authentic positions or vacancies referring to bona fide openings available at the time of publication
- To clearly state our fees and terms of business to client companies and to charge no fees to candidates for appointments
- To present to candidates the terms, and conditions of employment and prospective positions to the best of our knowledge
- To deal honestly and fairly in all our business relationships
- To respect confidential information relating to the business of our clients and not to misuse it
- To at all times take cognisance of the statutes, regulations and legal requirements of the countries we operate in
